Klobuchar Was In Yale Improv Troupe Suddenly Susan
Trying to find out more information about this (maybe video exists!?), but potential presidential candidate Senator Amy Klobuchar, according to her Wikipedia entry, was a member of the Yale Improv Comedy Troupe called Suddenly Susan. There is absolutely nothing on the internet at this time about this, but this would be interesting information to the improv community which has vastly grown since those times.
Please comment if you know anyone with more information about a potential president's time as a young college improv performer. It would explain a lot about her poise and sense of humor. I am noticing her gestures that at times seem to arise from improv training, like when she was describing on the Colbert show how she almost ate the salad dressing at the Senate dining hall.
The next president might be someone with an improv comedy background, which might explain why she did better than professional comedian Al Franken at the MinnRoast dinner.
